Before I knew I would build Protage, Inc I owned a series of different companies. My first company I took part in was a small take out pizzeria in Warren, Michigan. It is a family business that has been around longer than I have been alive. From there I invested in various ventures, from property to securities. I still invest to this day and probably will until I retire. I worked as a piercing artist for two years while finishing my undergraduate degree majoring in history and minoring in political science. And this is where Protage, Inc began…

 

While in my junior year I still didn’t know what I was going to do with my degree. In the summer of 2013 I went to the famous Rockstar Mayhem Fest. While watching a band perform I got the idea in my head that I wanted to work in music. I looked around and saw a wide variety of people involved in the show that were not musicians. Security, promoters, stage managers, technicians, people selling band merchandise, and more. At that moment, I knew I wanted to work in the music industry.

 

I graduated from Nova Southeastern University with my degree in history and shortly after headed to Full Sail University to get my masters degree in entertainment business. Before I was even done with my master’s degree, I had a job as a tour manager for a smaller level act out of Orlando. 

 

Protage, Inc was officially started in November 2015.
